To our loyal and valued customers:
We want to let you know about a change to our coffee prices and share some context.
In April 2025, the U.S. government enacted new tariffs on most imported coffees.
These tariffs have increased the cost of coffee at the point of entry into the U.S., and like many
other businesses, we’re now seeing those costs reflected in the coffees we purchase.
We’ve done our best to absorb as much of the increase as possible, but to continue sourcing high-quality coffees and keeping our business sustainable,
we’ve had to adjust our prices to reflect these unavoidable costs.
November 2025 Update:
On November 14th, the White House issued a new order that removes reciprocal tariffs on many agricultural imports, including coffee. This change applies to green coffee intended for consumption that enters the U.S. on or after November 13th at 12:01 am Eastern Time.
Moving forward, there will continue to be slight variations in the price of your favorite coffees
as we are transitioning to a more dynamic pricing model.
This change is a thoughtful response to the significant increases in the cost of high-quality green coffee, impacted by global supply shortages, weather events in producing regions, and recent tariffs.
Instead of absorbing rising costs and surprising you with one large, price hike, dynamic pricing will allow us to make small, gradual adjustments as inventory arrives.
This ensures that we can continue to source and serve the high-quality coffee you love without compromising our standards or placing an unexpected financial burden on you.
It is our promise to you - We will never raise prices excessively or unnecessarily.
As always, we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Thank you for being part of our community and for supporting the people and work behind every cup!
